Within your GoSearch workspace, there is a place for team members to ask questions and to have them answered by team admins. These questions are public to the entire team so if other team members have the same question, they will also be able to see the answers.
What are workspace “answers”?
Many team members have questions they want to ask within the company, but aren’t sure who is the right person to contact. This answer section allows for you to ask these questions and have the appropriate team members respond with the answers. You are free to ask any type of question here but just note that your name will be associated with the question. If you have a question that is not workplace appropriate, it is suggested you do not ask it here.
Who is able to ask questions in this answers section?
Anyone who has an active GoSearch account is able to ask questions. The questions asked will be specific to your workspace and will not be visible to users who do not have a GoSearch account tied to your email domain.
Who can provide the answers?
Only workspace admins and the user who asked the question have permissions to provide answers to each question. If you are not a workspace admin but would like to provide an answer to someone else’s question, reach out to an admin or the user to request that they provide the answer for you.
