Workflows in GoSearch help teams automate repeatable tasks and streamline how work gets done across connected tools. With Workflows, teams can reduce manual steps, pull together information from multiple sources, and create more consistent processes inside GoSearch.
Access Workflows
- From your GoSearch dashboard, select Workflows.
- On the Workflows page, you can review existing workflows, search for workflows, and edit/share workflows.
Create a workflow
- On the Workflows page, select the option to create a workflow.
- Add the prompt, instructions, or task details that define what the workflow should do.
- Connect the workflow to the relevant sources or tools needed to complete the process.
- Arrange the workflow steps so information is gathered and processed in the right order.
- Review the setup and test the workflow to confirm it returns the expected results.
- Save and run the workflow when you are ready to use it.
Update an existing workflow
- Open the workflow you want to update.
- Edit the instructions, connected sources, or workflow steps.
- Review your changes.
- Save the updated workflow.
You can revisit a workflow anytime as your team’s process evolves.
