Tasks in GoSearch allow you to streamline your workflow by integrating task management directly within the GoSearch platform. With Tasks, you can automate repetitive actions, set up reminders, and keep track of critical to-dos—all in the same place where you search and manage knowledge.

How to Create a Task Using a Sample Agent
Note: You can follow these steps with any agent in your workspace to automate common processes.
- From your GoSearch dashboard, navigate to Tasks on the left-hand side.
- Click Schedule task.
- Select the Opportunity Insights agent.
- This example agent surfaces opportunity data and next steps from CRM tools for sales reps.
- Give your task a name (e.g., “Daily Opportunities”), provide instructions, and set the schedule.
- Click Schedule task. A banner will confirm: “Task created successfully.”
- You can click Done to exit, or choose Run task to launch the GoAI interface and execute your task immediately.
How to Manage Tasks
- To pause, resume, or delete a task, click the checkmark next to the task.
- To do this in bulk, you can click the checkmark in the header of the table.
- To manage a task, click on the ellipsis button next to the task to see the options.
- View task takes you to the GoAI chat interface of that task
- Duplicate makes a copy of that task.
- Edit takes you to the instructions where you can modify task details.
- Pause/Resume allows you to pause or restart the task.
- Delete allows you to delete a task.
