How it works
As a member, connecting your Google Calendar personal connector will allow you to search for and use your personal Google Calendar data throughout your own GoSearch experience.

Setting up the connector
- From your GoSearch dashboard, navigate to My connectors in the left-hand menu.
- Scroll down to Available connectors, and find the Google Calendar personal connector.
- Click Connect, review the necessary permissions, and click Connect.
- Click Allow to grant GoSearch access to your Google Account.
- Lastly, once connected, run a test query in GoSearch to ensure that the data in the Google Calendar personal connector is available for you.
Note: If an admin already connected the Google Calendar workspace connector for your workspace, you will be unable to connect the Google Calendar personal connector because they both pull in the same information.
Access permissions
The data from the Google Calendar personal connector is only visible to the user that connects it. All data from the Google Calendar personal connector is fetched in real-time and it is never indexed, stored, or used for LLM training. Learn more about our Zero Data Retention Policy.
Google Calendar Workspace Connector
If your admin wishes to connect your workspace to the Google Calendar workspace connector, please ask them to visit the Google Calendar workspace connector.
