How it works
As a member, connecting your Box personal connector will allow you to search for and use your personal Box data throughout your own GoSearch experience.

Setting up the connector
- From your GoSearch dashboard, navigate to My connectors in the left-hand menu.
- Scroll down to Available connectors, and find the Box personal connector.
- Click Connect, review the necessary permissions, and click Connect.
- Login if prompted.
- Click Grant Access to Box to give GoSearch access to your Box account.
- Lastly, once connected, run a test query in GoSearch to ensure that the data in the Box personal connector is available for you.
Access permissions
The data from the Box personal connector is only visible to the user that connects it. All data from the Box personal connector is fetched in real-time and it is never indexed, stored, or used for LLM training. Learn more about our Zero Data Retention Policy.
Box Workspace Connector
If your admin wishes to connect your workspace to the Box workspace connector, please ask them to visit the Box workspace connector.
