GoSearch enables organizations to access all of their tools and resources in one central location. Each application that a team uses can be used as a data connector within GoSearch. What Are Workspace Connectors?
Workspace Connectors are connectors that link the data in your SaaS tools to GoSearch. Once connected, your data can either be:
- Indexed: GoSearch copies metadata and content into its search index to deliver fast and relevant results.
- Fetched in Real Time: GoSearch pulls data on demand from the original source without storing or indexing it.
Both methods allow your team to access relevant knowledge from across your tools, right inside GoSearch and GoAI.
Admin Controls
Admins have control over what data within workspace connectors are available for search and which user groups can access it. They can also see indexing status, last sync time, and total documents indexed as well as pause, update, or disconnect connectors at any time.
How to Connect a Workspace Data Connector
- From your GoSearch dashboard, navigate to Manage Connectors in the left-hand menu.
- Here, you can view existing connected workspace connectors and a list of available connectors that can be added.
- To add a new connector, click the Connect button next to your desired platform. You will then be guided through the setup process.
- To manage existing connections, find the relevant connector, click Manage, and from here, you can edit the connector settings.

Security and Compliance
