GoSearch allows for teams to collect all their tools and resources into one centralized location. With everything being in one place, you are able to quickly search through all those documents. Along with the ability to simply search, GoSearch’s GoAI chat allows for you to smart search through these results. With the GoAI search, you can ask the bot a variety of questions which will provide the most relevant results. You can also easily navigate back to the old conversations you have had with the GoAI bot within your workspace.
How do I ask the bot a question?
There are a few places you can navigate to in order to ask the GoAI bot a question.
- Using the GoSearch extension
Within the GoSearch extension, you can quickly ask the GoAI bot any question related to your workspace. You can get here by simply opening the new tab takeover and typing your question into the GoSearch search bar. While typing your question, the bot will start to provide the most relevant results. If the results do not suffice for what you are looking for, you can press enter and be taken to your GoAI page. This will provide a more in depth version of results versus the search bar results.
- Searching from the GoSearch dashboard search bar
The GoSearch dashboard provides users with a search bar the same way the extension does. The results will automatically populate as you are typing with a limited number of results. If the result you are looking for is not in these quick hit results, press enter to be taken to an extended version of your search results.
- Searching with the GoAI chat landing page
On your GoSearch dashboard, there is a section labeled “GoAI Chat”. Within this section, you are able to refer back to old chats you previously had with the bot. You are also able to start new chats within this landing page. You can use one of the prompts provided by the bot, or you can start your own. If one of your old chats is currently open, you can click the “+ new chat” button above your chat history.
