Within your GoSearch search results, there are a variety of different types of results that appear. You are able to filter and sort these results to best suit your searching. These results are preset to show the most relevant results first with any date range.
GoAI assistant results
If your team has the GoAI search results turned on, these will appear above all other results. The GoAI assistant will provide you AI enhanced results based on your team’s resources and the positive/negative feedback it has received from previous responses that were similar.
GoLink results
If your team has GoLinks integrated with your GoSearch account, these results will typically populate near the top of your search results. The more details your team shares within the description of the GoLink, the more accurate the search result within GoSearch will be.
Jira ticket results
Another result that tends to appear near the top is your team’s Jira tickets. The results will also share who the owner is, and the current status of the ticket.
Filtering/sorting your search results
At the top of your search results, there are a number of different filters. Whether you want to sort by files, go links, tasks, people answers, or newest to oldest, oldest to newest, specific ownership, or even last date modified, you are able to do all of this for any set of results you receive.
