Sometimes you have workplace questions, but you aren’t quite sure where to ask them. Within your GoSearch workspace, there is a place to ask these questions and have them answered by fellow team admins. Only admins and the user who asked the question are able to post answers to the unanswered questions. Keep in mind that your name will be visible with any question you ask so be sure to ask workplace appropriate questions.
Where to ask a workspace question
In order to ask a question within your GoSearch workspace, head to your GoSearch dashboard. If you are using the extension, you can get here by clicking the GoSearch logo on the top of your new tab takeover. If you are not using the extension, you can get here by heading to GoSearch.ai. Once on the dashboard, look for the section labeled “answers” on the left side of the page.
This will open up the answered questions. In the top right corner, you will see an option to “ask a question”.
This will open a popup that will allow you to ask the question and provide the answer if you have one.
If you do not have the answer to the question leave this place blank so that an admin is able to provide the answer. If you later find the answer to the question and want to provide it for other users to see, you can go back to edit your existing question.
