GoAI provides powerful AI-driven search and chat features for your organization. As a workspace admin, you can tailor GoAI settings to align with your team’s preferences, security requirements, and business goals—all from within the workspace management section of the admin dashboard.
How to Customize GoAI Settings
- From your GoSearch dashboard, go to the left-hand menu and select Settings.
- Click Workspace settings from the dropdown.
- Navigate to the GoAI tab at the top of the Workspace settings page.
- Under LLM Selection, you can select two default LLMs from OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google for your workspace:
- The Standard model which is used for GoAI chat interactions.
- The Fast model which is used to quickly generate AI summaries.
- Under Preferences, you can turn on or off GoAI features for your users such as:
- Limiting usage to business-related queries
- Blocking GoAI from generating executable code
- Disabling web-based search results
- Under AI master switch, you can disable all AI features such as the chat, agents, and summaries, which may be ideal only for workspaces using GoSearch’s core search functionality.
- After you make any changes, click the Save changes button. A banner that says Successfully saved changes will appear at the top to confirm your changes.
