GoAI makes it easy to get instant answers and smart search results from all your connected apps and resources in one place and as such, you’re able to access GoAI throughout your workflow.
GoSearch Chrome Extension
- On an existing tab, click on the GoSearch icon on the right side of your screen or the GoSearch extension icon. This will expand to show you the GoAI chat interface without leaving your tab.
- On a new tab, you’ll see that the default search mechanism is Search. Here, you can click GoAI and switch to the GoAI chat interface.
- In your browser’s address bar, type “gs/” and then press Tab or type “gs” and then press the spacebar. The address bar now indicates that you are searching with GoSearch, so you can enter your query, press Enter, and be taken directly to the search results page in GoSearch.
GoAI Chat:
- From your GoSearch dashboard, navigate to the GoAI button in the left-hand side menu.
- Click to open GoAI Chat and start a new conversation or view previous chats.
GoSearch Search Bar
- At the top of your GoSearch dashboard, locate the main search bar.
- Type your question or search term and press answer.
- Once a response is generated, you can click Ask a follow up and you’ll be taken to the GoAI chat interface where you can interact further.
Slack Integration
Note: Any Slack queries and responses will also be accessible in the GoAI Chat.
- You can DM the GoSearch bot with any queries.
- In any channel that you’ve added the GoSearch bot to, you can enter “@GoSearch” followed by your query and GoSearch will respond in the thread.
- You have the option to either dismiss the result or share it with the members of your channel.
