Feedback is an essential tool for keeping your company knowledge up to date and accurate. When your team notices that an answer from GoSearch isn’t relevant or fails to address their question, it might be a signal that a resource is outdated, a Connector is missing, or important terminology has not yet been added to the Glossary.
Why is Reviewing Feedback Important?
By leveraging AI feedback, admins can quickly identify these gaps, whatever they may be, and take actionable steps including updating documentation, enabling new connectors, or expanding other resources. This ongoing feedback loop helps ensure that your GoSearch experience remains reliable, comprehensive, and tailored to your organization’s needs.
