Bug Bounty

GoSearch is committed to building a secure platform and values the contributions of security researchers who help keep users safe. The GoSearch Bug Bounty Program recognizes and rewards individuals who identify and report qualifying vulnerabilities, helping us uphold the highest security standards for all customers.

Participate in the GoSearch Bug Bounty Program

Determine program scope

  • The Bug Bounty Program covers all GoSearch-owned web services that handle sensitive user data, including all sites within the *.gosearch.ai domain.
  • Issues in scope include any design or implementation vulnerability that affects the confidentiality or integrity of user data.

Report a vulnerability

  • If you believe you’ve discovered a qualifying vulnerability in GoSearch, email your findings to bugbounty@gosearch.ai.
  • Include detailed information about the vulnerability, including steps to reproduce, potential impact, and any relevant evidence.

Program guidelines and handling

  • The program is invite-only as of June 17, 2024; submissions will be processed based on priority.
  • Do not attempt Denial-of-Service (DoS), spam, or social engineering attacks, and never access or alter user data.
  • Eligible findings will be reviewed promptly, and you may be contacted for further details or clarification.

You are now familiar with how to safely and responsibly report security issues through the Bug Bounty Program. GoSearch appreciates your commitment to platform security. If you need further assistance, please consult the GoSearch Help Center, Contact Technical Support, or Chat with Us.
