Answering a Workspace Question

As an admin of your workspace, you are able to answer any of the open workspace questions. If you are not an admin but believe you should be, please reach out to an existing admin in your workspace. 

Where to view open questions

All open questions can be found in the “Answers” section of your Gosearch workspace. You can find the answers section on the left column of your dashboard. Once you reach the ‘answers’ page, you will automatically be brought to the already answered questions. At the top of the page, there will be an option to view ‘open questions’. Here will be all of the unanswered questions.

How to answer an open questions

Once you are on the ‘open questions’ page, you can see each individual question that is opened. Once you find one that you are able to answer, select it to view the expanded view. Within the expanded view, there is a button to ‘answer question’. If you do not have this button available, you are not an admin within your workspace and will need to request an admin to either grant you access, or to answer the question.

Once you are on the answering screen, you will have the ability to edit the question, provide and answer, and provide formatting for the answer. This can be useful to bold or highlight important information within the answer. Be sure to save your response using the ‘update’ to ensure that the answer is recorded.
