How to Request Additional Connectors

GoSearch allows for teams to search through all of their resources in one centralized location. Having all resources in one location allows for teams to be more productive throughout their workday.

If GoSearch doesn’t currently support a specific data connector, customers can reach out to make that support request. 

Workspaces on Enterprise Plans

  • Enterprise clients who wish to request additional data connectors should have their account admins contact their team’s Customer Success Manager (CSM).
  • Your CSM will be able to expedite your request, work with our Engineering team to ensure it gets prioritized, and keep you update along throughout the process.

Workspaces on other Plans

  • Those on other plans should Contact Technical Support.
  • Users should provide their contact info, relevant details of the proposed data connector, and details on the use case. This will help the team to know more about the potential to add that connector.
  • Support form requests are handled in the order received. Our support team will reach out to you with any requests for additional information as needed.
