GoSearch Controls 

GoSearch makes it easy to quickly surface the most relevant resources by allowing you to fine-tune your search results using a set of powerful tools. You can filter and sort results, use AI summaries to get instant insights, and rely on verification and deprecation to trust the reliability of the data you find.

AI Summaries: 

After making a GoSearch query, the first response you’ll see is the AI summary, which GoSearch generates based on the resources from your connectors. 

GoSearch scans the connected resources to find relevant information, then creates a concise summary to answer your question. The summary is generated in real-time, so you always get an up-to-date, synthesized view pulled directly from your company’s internal knowledge bases and documentation. The summary will also include citations, so you can view the source document for more details.

Sort and Filter: 

Filters and sorting options are useful when you remember a document exists in your workspace but can’t recall where to find it, allowing you to locate it using the details you remember.

• Filter search results by application where the result came from and document type.
• Sort results by owner, last modified date, and created date.
• Under your AI summary, you’ll find multiple tabs displaying different resource types and sorting options are available beneath each tab.
• On the right, in a checklist titled Apps, you can include or exclude different sources of information.

Verification and Deprecation:

• As you search, you can request that displayed information sources be verified or deprecated.
• When you hover over a workspace document, an ellipsis button appears.
  • Click the ellipsis to access additional actions:
    • Select Request verification (or Verify if you are an admin) to indicate the document is a source of truth for the workspace.
    • Select Request deprecation (or Deprecate if you are an admin) to suggest the document is outdated or no longer relevant.
• Admins will review and validate any verification or deprecation requests you make.
