Connecting your Zendesk data connector will allow your team to search for your Zendesk support tickets and knowledge based articles directly in GoSearch. You will need to be a GoSearch workspace admin in order to connect any of the workspace data connectors.
How to connect your Zendesk data connector
- Head to gosearch.ai and select the data connectors option on the left column of your dashboard.
- This will take you to the data connectors dashboard. On this page, look for the one labeled Zendesk. If you do not see it in the available list, check your connected apps to ensure another teammate hasn’t already completed the connection.
- Click the connect button to the right of the Zendesk data connector. A pop-up window will appear outlining the steps to follow to connect.
- Go to Zendesk and sign into your account.
- Highlight and copy the subdomain of your workspace. This will look like the following
- Paste your subdomain into the data field box at the top of the GoSearch data connector pop-up.
- Be sure to click the connect button to ensure that your Zendesk data connection is completed.
