As a workspace admin, you have the ability to connect workspace data connectors. Workspace data connectors allow for all team members to view the resources within their GoSearch search results. Connecting your Coda workspace with your GoSearch workspace will allow for your team to search for docs, tables, and views.
How to connect
- Head to gosearch.ai and select data connectors on the left column of your dashboard.
- Once in the data connectors section, look for the one labeled Coda. If your team already has it connected, it will appear at the top of the page, under the “connected apps” section.
- Click the connect button to the right of the Coda data connector.
- Once clicked, a pop-up will appear requesting an API token to connect. The steps to get your API token are as follows:
- Head to your Coda workspace
- In the top right corner, click on your profile picture
- Click the three dots, then account settings
- Scroll down to the API settings then click generate API token
- Once generated, copy your API token
- There will be an entry field at the top of the API access page within GoSearch for you to paste your token into.
- Click the “connect” button once your token has been entered. You have now connected your Coda account with your GoSearch workspace allowing for your team to search for Coda docs, tables, and views directly in your GoSearch results.
