Workflows in GoSearch help teams automate repeatable tasks and streamline how work gets done across connected tools. With Workflows, teams can reduce manual steps, pull together information from multiple sources, and create more consistent processes inside GoSearch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Access Workflows<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

  1. From your GoSearch dashboard, select Workflows.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. On the Workflows\u00a0page, you can review existing workflows, search for workflows, and edit\/share workflows.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Create a workflow<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    1. On the Workflows<\/a> page, select the option to create a workflow.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Add the prompt, instructions, or task details\u00a0that define what the workflow should do.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Connect the workflow to the relevant sources or tools needed to complete the process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Arrange the workflow steps so information is gathered and processed in the right order.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Review the setup and test the\u00a0workflow to confirm it returns the expected results.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
