If you\u2019ve changed your email address, you’ll need to activate a new account by having your workspace admin re-invite you with your new email address.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your admin should<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  1. Note the current user groups you are in.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Deactivate the GoSearch account associated with your old email address.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Invite you to the workspace using your new email address.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Add you to the same user groups as before.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    You should<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    1. Note any files that you have personally uploaded to GoSearch.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Complete the onboarding process using the invitation sent to your new email.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Re-connect your personal connector.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Upload any files that you previously had connected to GoSearch. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Note: Deactivated users do not count against your company\u2019s total number of GoSearch seats, so updating your email this way won\u2019t impact your seat count.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
